Warranty Policy

Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets & Accessories

 

  1. All mobile phones, laptops and tablets that we sell have 1year product and service warranty.
  2. Motive accessories have 3 months warranty.
  3. Please keep the copy of your Sales Invoice for warranty purposes.
  4. Warranty will be void if the damaged or defect of the phone is due to customer negligence, warranty seal is no longer intact, there are broken parts, there is a sign of exposure to any form of liquid, chemical and water, if there are deep dents and scratches, and damages and other consequences that may come as a result of repairs or any other involvements from an unauthorized service center.
  5. If the service center diagnosed that the customer unit is void, they will penalize the customer for the Diagnostic Fee & Freight Cost (Php 300 each for all warranty units, may vary without prior notice).
  6. All aftersales concerns must be reported to our email address (hello@greentelcom.ph) within 24 hours. Kindly attach in your email the copy of your Sales Invoice and the photo of the defective unit. Please also use the email subject : Aftersales_(Sales Invoice No.).
