- All mobile phones, laptops and tablets that we sell have 1year product and service warranty.
- Motive accessories have 3 months warranty.
- Please keep the copy of your Sales Invoice for warranty purposes.
- Warranty will be void if the damaged or defect of the phone is due to customer negligence, warranty seal is no longer intact, there are broken parts, there is a sign of exposure to any form of liquid, chemical and water, if there are deep dents and scratches, and damages and other consequences that may come as a result of repairs or any other involvements from an unauthorized service center.
- If the service center diagnosed that the customer unit is void, they will penalize the customer for the Diagnostic Fee & Freight Cost (Php 300 each for all warranty units, may vary without prior notice).
- All aftersales concerns must be reported to our email address ([email protected]) within 24 hours. Kindly attach in your email the copy of your Sales Invoice and the photo of the defective unit. Please also use the email subject : Aftersales_(Sales Invoice No.).
