Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets & Accessories

  1. All mobile phones, laptops, tablets and selected accessories that we sell have 7 days replacement on unit, charger, battery and all that is included in the box except apple products. For Apple brand, replacement discretion is at the Authorized Service Center Partner only in case of hardware problem.
  2. Replacement of item due to customer change of mind is not allowed.
  3. Please keep the copy of your Sales Invoice for replacement purposes.
  4. All aftersales concerns must be reported to our email address (hello@greentelcom.ph) within 24 hours. Kindly attach in your email the copy of your Sales Invoice and the photo of the defective unit. Please also use the email subject : Aftersales_(Sales Invoice No.).
